LaPochette uses a secure server for all credit card transactions. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If you'd like to pay via check or money order, we'll hold the item for 5 days until your payment arrives. Please send payment c/o Chelsea Girl 63 Thompson Street, New York, NY 10012. We send all items UPS Insured. Cost is determined by weight. We also ship via express delivery. Overnight orders must be placed via phone by 3 PM EST. We gladly accept returns. Just inform us, via phone or email, within 2 days, that you'd like to return the item. We must receive the item within 10 days or we will not accept it. When we receive it, we'll immediately process your credit. Please be aware that we charge a 10% restocking fee for returned items.
